Rosalie, in Natchez

From Janie:

This is a post out of order.  On Monday, October 29, we picked Nicole up in Baton Rouge and returned to Natchez, where we spent the rest of the day.

Natchez is a beautiful, historic town at the southwest end of the Natchez Trail Parkway.  Jody and Nicole went out to look at the town while I napped.  Turns out the town was too interesting to miss, so when I got up, we went back to a fabulous photo display at the Presbyterian Church.  No photos allowed, so I can't show you, but we were mesmerized.

No, we're not tired of each other.  Not at all.

Jody and Nicole visited one historic antebellum mansion, but there was one that they saved to visit with me.

Not a Sonic to be seen, but we were curious about the
Sundies at the Malt Shop.
Jody had a lemon malt.  It was so so, he said.

Mama would have loved this.
